Sponsorship Opportunities
If you are looking for a unique advertising platform, it’s hard to beat our Give-A-Book programs. Sponsoring a program is very affordable, and the public recognition, along with every household receiving a personalized book with your ad in it, makes this an ultimate win-win.
Testimony from a Ernie Young Chevrolet about the
sponsoring benefits of our Give-A-Book program
Our mission is to promote literacy by giving books to children. We distribute the books in assembly programs attended by the children, teachers, administrators, parents, and press/media to kindergarten, first, or second grade students in your local schools. These programs are funded through private and public donations and the books are provided to the children at no cost. Personalized books not only improve a child’s self esteem, but also motivate him/her to read because he/she is the star of the story. Personalized books are loved and read by the whole family, which reinforces your sponsored ads.------

This program benefits everyone involved. Local school children receive the benefit of their very own books with their names, their classmates’ names and their school's name printed throughout the story. The sponsors benefit from the goodwill created with the children and their families. In addition, the sponsor may also benefit from any media coverage. -----

You can use any Create-A-Book book for a Give-A-Book program, but there are three that have been especially designed for this purpose. The My School Fun Book was designed for kindergarten children. Homer and Me has been designed for "healthy and drug free lifestyle" programs for 3rd to 5th graders. My Trip to the Fire Station was designed for fire safety using local fire departments to provide guest speakers (firemen) and is appropriate for 1st through 3rd graders.
We partner with a non-profit organization for the Give-A-Book program, the Young Readers Council, and they handle the payments and donations for all of our programs. This also enables the Young Readers Council to provide you with a tax-exempt letter thanking you for your donation.
